Retired Cornish Rex Cats have been placed in permanent pet homes. Our Cornish Rex kittens are often retained for the purpose of developing the look to more closely represent the Cornish Rex breed standard.   To determine if a Cornish Rex kitten is going to be the quality that we need for our program development projects, we must evaluate the kitten's features as they change over a period of time. Although all of the Cornish Rex cats pictured on our website were considered for inclusion in our breeding program, many of them were retired & placed in permament pet homes before reaching breeding age.  Other Cornish Rex indicated as "retired" were placed in permanent pet homes, usually by 2 years of age.
